1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging NATHE LIMITED (“we,” “us,” or “our”) for event catering or management services, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you must not proceed with our services.


2. Service Agreements

2.1 Contract Requirement

All services require a written contract (electronically signed or via email confirmation) outlining:

  • Scope of services (e.g., menu, staffing, event schedule).
  • Pricing, payment terms, and cancellation policies.
  • Client responsibilities (e.g., venue access, dietary disclosures).

Verbal agreements are not binding unless later confirmed in writing.

2.2 Client Obligations

You must:

  • Provide accurate final guest counts, dietary restrictions, and venue specifications no later than 14 days before the event. Late changes may incur additional fees.
  • Ensure the venue complies with UK health and safety regulations (e.g., food hygiene, fire safety).

3. Payments & Cancellations

3.1 Deposit & Pricing

  • 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This covers initial planning and resource allocation.
  • Quoted prices are valid for 30 days and may adjust for significant changes (e.g., guest count increases, menu upgrades).

3.2 Final Payment

  • The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event.
  • Late payments accrue 5% monthly interest and may result in service suspension.

3.3 Cancellations

  • Cancellation >30 days before event: Deposit forfeited.
  • Cancellation ≤30 days before event100% of total fees are due, as resources (staff, ingredients) are committed.
  • Force Majeure (e.g., pandemics, extreme weather): We will negotiate rescheduling or partial refunds in good faith.

4. Liability & Insurance

4.1 Limitation of Liability

  • Our maximum liability for any claim (including negligence) is capped at 125% of fees paid.
  • We are not liable for:
    • Failures by third-party vendors (e.g., venues, equipment suppliers).
    • Client-provided inaccuracies (e.g., incorrect guest counts).
    • Force majeure events (see Section 3.3).

4.2 Insurance

We maintain public liability insurance (details available upon request). Clients are advised to secure event insurance for cancellations or property damage.


5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Materials

  • Proposals, menus, and branding materials remain our exclusive property and may not be replicated without written permission.

5.2 Client-Supplied Content

  • You grant us a limited license to use logos, artwork, or other materials provided for the event solely for service delivery.

6. Governing Law & Disputes

  • These terms are governed by English law.
  • Disputes will first be resolved through mediation; if unresolved, proceedings will occur in English courts.

7. Amendments & Severability

  • We reserve the right to update these terms; changes will be communicated via email or our website.
  • If any clause is deemed unenforceable, the remainder of the terms remain valid.
